Smoke-Free Policy: This property is strictly smoke-free. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 fee and liability for any fire or property damage.

Pets: Pets are only permitted in Room 05, Room 06, Room 07, and Room 08, as these are the only rooms with a small enclosed backyard available.

• Approved Pets: Guests are responsible for the behavior, care, and cleanliness of their approved pets. Any damage or excessive cleaning required due to pets will be charged to the guest.

• Denied Pet Requests: Bringing a pet without prior approval constitutes a breach of agreement and will incur a $300 fee.

Internet Device: Each room is equipped with its own Euro Internet Device. Do NOT unplug the device, as doing so will disable Wi-Fi for you and other guests.

Air Conditioning: If you wish to adjust the air conditioner, change the temperature by no more than 2°F at a time, and wait at least 4 hours between adjustments. Rapid changes may cause the unit to freeze.

Wildlife Awareness: Small wildlife, such as insects or occasional scorpions, may be present. These occurrences are rare. Please keep doors and windows closed as a precaution.

Check-In Instructions: Comprehensive check-in instructions will be provided upon arrival.

Guest Responsibility and Liability Waiver: By booking and staying at the property, Guest acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for their own health, safety, and well-being during their stay. Guest further agrees that the Hosts and property owner shall not be held liable for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, or health-related incidents that may occur on or about the premises, regardless of cause, except where prohibited by applicable law. Guest assumes full responsibility for the security and safekeeping of their personal belongings. The Hosts shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, theft, or damage to Guest’s personal property, whether occurring within the property or on the surrounding premises. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guest agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless the Hosts, property owner, and their agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to Guest’s stay, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, death, or property loss.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: To cancel your booking and request a refund, please reply directly to your booking confirmation email.

• Approved cancellations requested on or before August 24th will receive a full refund minus the 4% processing fee

• Approved cancellations requested on or after August 25th will receive a 50% refund minus the 4% processing fee

• The 4% processing fee is not refundable in any case, as it covers payment processing costs charged when the booking was made

Invoice Confirmation:

• Your room booking receipt and confirmation emails may take 2–3 days to arrive after your reservation is completed. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder.
