You must immediately cease using any of our intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, and copyrights.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Nebraska, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Simplify Pro regarding the use of our Services.

These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral.

We may modify or update these Terms at any time without notice.

Your continued use of our Services will be deemed acceptance of any changes to these Terms.

11. No Spamming

You agree not to use our Services to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) or bulk messages.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to spamming and messaging.

12. Consent for Automated AI Calling and AI Text Messages

By using our Services, you consent to receive automated calls and text messages from us, including those generated by artificial intelligence (AI).

You understand that these messages may be sent using an autodialer or other automated technology.

You agree to provide explicit consent before we send you any AI-generated calls or text messages.

You acknowledge that cloning of voice is not allowed for automated AI calling or AI voice messaging, and you will not use our Services for this purpose.

To use AI to call your leads, you must obtain written consent from them.

To use AI text to contact your leads, you must obtain written consent from them.

13. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.simplifypro.net/privacy-policy, forms a part of these Terms and Conditions.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy.

14. Cancellation Of Service

You are responsible to cancel your own service.

You can cancel the service yourself by using the link: Simplify Pro Billing Portal

To log in to the billing portal, use the email you used to pay for the service.

When you cancel the service, we will not charge the upcoming subscription fees.

Subscription fees already paid are final and non-refundable.
