9. App Store Compliance (Apple & Google)

Apple-Specific Terms

If you download the app from the Apple App Store:

  • Apple is not responsible for the app or its content

  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support

  • Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms

Google Play Terms

If you download from Google Play:

  • Your use must comply with Google Play policies

  • Google is not responsible for the Service
